Prior to label approval, some distilled spirits are required to receive pre-COLA product evaluation approval before the COLA label approval process can begin. If required, pre-COLA Formula Approvals must be submitted with the COLA Label Approval Process. Please consult LUXE for guidance and for completing the proper TTB forms potentially required for your distilled spirits brand.

TTB LABEL DEVELOPMENT GUIDELINES
A great label design builds the brand and increases the consumer and brand connection which helps drives sales. The first step in achieving that goal is to gain U.S. Government approval for label designs. This is a mandatory process by the U.S. Government. As part of our role as your importer, LUXE helps facilitate TTB label approvals (COLA) and well as pre-import formula approvals for distilled spirits, if required.
